What’s Happening In The Market? Is It Still A Good Time To Buy? To Sell?
With interest rates being the highest they've been in 20 years, we've absolutely seen the market change before our eyes these past few months. If you're trying to buy a home, you've either been faced with intense bidding wars where almost everyone is paying tens of thousands over asking, or you're now faced with increasing interest rates that shrink the amount of house you can afford. Is there a way to win? Well, yes, actually, and a lot of it depends on your real estate team. Give us a call and we'll partner with you to find a strategy that suits your short-term and longer-term goals.
When it comes to selling, as always, we're here to keep you current on your home's value and offer guidance on whether you should sell or hold. Click here to get a free home value analysis and call/text our team anytime with questions.

Meet the latest addition to the Southern Feedstore, Korean-American TKO. Short for "the Korean One", the permanent stall will join Waffle Bar, Gyro Gyro, Buteco, and Woody’s Cheesesteaks at the food hall.
While a specific date has yet to be mentioned, Chef Lino Yi’s plans for TKO to be opening within the next few weeks. TKO will offer lunch and dinner, as well as late-night bites on the weekends. You can expect many of the familiar dishes that made the pop-up a success, like the Korean fried chicken nuggets, kimchi fried rice, volcano hot dog, shrimp basket with kimchi aioli, and more. Hungry guests are welcome to grab food from the stall and enjoy it in the communal seating area or take it to go.
Founded in 2021, TKO got its start as a pop-up at Ration & Dram and since then has appeared at restaurants all over Atlanta including Buteco, Sweet Auburn BBQ, Full Commission, Georgia Beer Garden, and more. The chef describes his food as “familiar yet foreign and foreign yet familiar”. He prides himself in bringing together the "rich history of both Korean and American food" with his spin on modern ingredients.
Lino's parents opened a Korean restaurant in Orlando in 2007. He worked in the kitchen and learned a lot about cooking, Korean culture, and tradition. The restaurant closed in 2010 due to the recession and Lino decided he would one day open a Korean kitchen of his own. Very soon, Lino will be making his dreams come true with TKO.
He moved to Atlanta in 2015 and has worked at Taiyo Ramen (formerly known as Makan) in Decatur, Publix as a baker, a food truck as Chef, and currently serves as a sous chef at Lazy Betty and will stay until TKO opens officially.
While Lino and team looked at several locations for TKO's home, they ultimately decided that EAV was the perfect fit for the "style of food and the vibe" they are going for. Lino also shared he enjoys spending time in EAV and likes the punk rock vibe the neighborhood brings.
Not only is the wellness studio beautiful with an amazing aesthetic, but it also offers a variety of science-based Pilates classes for a unique, customizable fitness plan. You’ll find everything from contemporary group Reformer classes to HIIT options, there’s something for everyone. We caught up with Lily to learn more about The Daily.
How did you get started?
I went to school for exercise science and interior design. After college, I was a personal trainer and worked in physical therapy at chiropractic clinics. When I approach exercise, it's from a very careful and exercise-science-based approach. I started working for someone who did Pilates as rehab which got me interested in it. I got certified in Pilates and began teaching in gyms, people's homes, and was kind of all over the place. With my design background, I knew I wanted to create something and I decided to open my own studio and have reformer classes, matt classes, and HIIT classes all in the same place. That was about 7 years ago and I got lucky with this space we're currently in and have been adding more equipment ever since.
What types of classes do you offer?
The reformer is actually used in all of our classes. The foundations class is your traditional reformer class and is perfect for beginners or those looking for a more mindful, slower-paced practice. Sculpt HIIT 45 is a 45-minute blend of sculpting on the reformer and HIIT moves on and off the reformer. Sculpt Jump will have you jumping with the reformer and is a great low-impact cardio workout. We also have a restorative stretch class where we finish with a soundbath. A little bit of everything!
What do you wish people knew about Pilates?
I would love to note that pilates really is for everyone. It's not just an exercise focused on physical looks. It's about mind-body connection and we focus a lot on breath, centering, and staying connected to your body. It's a mindful exercise and that's where we're heading in the wellness industry. It's not just physical - it's mental as well.
What packages do you provide?
We offer a newbie special for our first-timers. Their first time is $10 off and a 3 pack of classes is $30 off. We also offer 5, 10, and 20 packs of classes as well as private classes and unlimited packages. All the information about our class options can be found on our website.
Where can people learn more about The Daily?
